A Saturday morning on Highway 17
My son was traveling back to college from Florida to Virginia Tech in August. He was involved in a collision. It was a Saturday morning and everything was closed. The owner answered the phone, stayed at the shop and waited for my son to arrive with the tow truck. While we were 4 hours away, she gave comfort to a 21 your old college kid with no idea what to do. She made sure he was safe and secure. She even had her son drive him to Savannah Airport to get a car rental. No charge, no acceptance of money. Just good people helping out a family in need at their most challenging moment.
When someone does this level of care for someone in need, you know they are good people, trustworthy and worthy of your business. There are good people in this world. Back home“This company did a phenomenal job on my 2022 Corvette, C8 convertible! They were very professional and always communicated throughout the process to let me know the progress on this vehicle. They sent me videos to update me on how the work was being done. It was really hard as this was the first accident I was ever involved in, not my fault, but they made this process very easy. I called them a couple days after the incident, and they quickly got me in and started working on my Corvette. I can’t thank everyone enough in that shop for doing such a wonderful job. I’m sure I was a pain to deal with, but they were absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend them!”
Pulled, not cut out
When a panel can be saved, we would rather save it. A crushed BMW rear quarter panel is a hard spot to fix, and we pulled the dents instead of cutting the whole area out.
“This place was recommended so we gave it a try. Our BMW rear quarter panel was crushed in which is a difficult place to fix. Insurance recommended they cut the entire area out and weld in another. i disagreed since structural integrity and safety would be lessened. I told PT I wanted them to pull the dents. They said they would try and gave us a 2 week turnaround. They did it in one week! And it looks like it never happened. Jennifer and her staff did an outstanding job! Highly recommended.”

Personal Touch Collision is a family-owned business, run hands-on by our owner, Jennifer. We do collision repair, restoration and all-over paint jobs, and because we are an auto body and mechanical repair shop, we can look under your hood too.
